  • Can I choose what is on my board?
    All items are already choosen based on pairings and seasonal fruit selections. You can leave a note at checkout for any suggestions. We will consider the suggestion but cant gaurantee that we will be able to fulfill it.
  • What is included with my order?
    If you look under each item when shopping, there is a brief description of what is included there as well. Your grazing box,board and/or platter order will come with a mixture of the following: -Cured Meat -Artisinal Cheese -Seasonal Fruit -Olives/Pickles -Nuts and dried fruit -Somthing sweet-Chocolate covered pretzels, Chocolate Bar or Caramel -Honey, Jam and/or Mustard -Bag of Crackers -Flower & Herb Garnish Depending on your selection, the # of cheese, and meat options will vary. Larger boards come with more varieties. View 'add on items' item page if you would like to add on additional items. A wooden Knife(s) and a serving utensil(s) come with the box as needed. If you woudl like to purchase wooden plates and forks we offer them under 'add on items'. If you love crackers and want to purchase more, you can also find that option under, 'add on items'.
  • What do I do with the packaging after?
    All packaging is eco friendly and intended for one time use. Please throw away when finished.
  • Can I request specific items on my platter?
    Yes! However- all request are subject to availability.
  • How large are the portions?
    Our grazing boards are intended as appetizer portions. If you are looking to make it a meal, consider ordering the next size up or multiple boards.
  • How do I place my order?
    All orders are placed online via our website and paid for in full at the time of purchase. I will not take orders over the phone, through email or DM unless its a special request. If there is a special request that you do not see online, please email and we can set up time to talk!
  • Do you accept last minute or day of orders?
    We ask for 48+ hours notice on all order the ensure the freshest ingredients are sourced. Give us a call and let us know what you are looking for, we would love to help if we can!
  • How long does my grazing board last?  Can I put it in the fridge for a later date?
    We suggest eating your graze the day it is picked up- this guarantees freshness! If you need to refridgerate, you can for up to 24 hours. We can't guarantee freshness past 24 hours.
  • Do you deliver?
    Yes, we deliver within 15 miles of Erlanger, KY where our office is located or can schedule a pick up location.
  • Can I change my Delivery time?
    Yes. Please ensure you communicate ASAP when you become aware of the change. Delivery date and time can't be adjusted within twelve (12) hours of the selected pick up date and time. If you are not home to receive your order without notice at your selected pick up time, no refund will be provided. We will attempt to contact you, however if attempt is unsuccessful we will consider your board as unclaimed. We have limited space to store orders and its important that you are home for delivery for your order so that we can accommodate other orders.
  • What if I have allergies?
    We work in a facility that also handles meat, tree nuts, peanuts, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish and shellfish, and cant guarantee no cross-contamination or trace amounts of these allergens. Please provide allergens when checking out, and we will do our best to accomadate.
  • How far in advance do I need to place my order?
    We ask that you request a minimum of 24 hours in advance for small orders. If you have a larger order, please request 5-7 days out. When you go to check out, the calendar is set up to automatically provide the next available date that is 24 hours out from that days date. You do not need to add an additional 24 hours on to those dates.
  • Why cant I order one micro mini grazer or mini grazer? Why a minimum?
    We operate as a preorder business and not as an on-demand food service. With such small boxes to fill, we need to ensure that the fresh ingredients we source are accounted for through orders and not going to waste.
  • Can I visit the Social Grazer store?
    We are currently online orders and delivery only.
